We would like to thank Dr Simon Jensen who was our guest speaker at our course in June. Dr Simon Jensen is a Snake Bite Toxicologist at the Nambour Hospital. He has worked closely with Peter Mirtschin with the study of venom. He also travels to P.N.G to study Papuan Taipans & Black Snakes.

Go Wild Reptiles Venomous Snake Handling Course may assist the participant in obtaining work within the mining industry for spotter catcher work or applying for a damage mitigation permit (DMP).
Go Wild Reptiles is the only snake training company that can offer a nationally accreited First Aid Course and Qld White Card Construction for working within any industry. This is incorporated as part of the snake handling qualifications.
Go Wild Reptiles train with a large variety of venomous and non venomous reptiles which include Brown Snakes, Black Snakes, Taipans, Tigers, Death Adders and others.
Our trainers teach no contact approach and use the best equipment available.
Go Wild Reptiles is fully licensed and hold public liability and professional indemnity insurance and permits for recreational, demonstrators, damage mitigation, rehabilitation (spotter catcher) and are animal ethics approved.
Upon successful completion of Go Wild Reptiles Venomous Snake Handling Course each participant is awarded;

Go Wild Reptiles Venomous Snake Relocation Course is fully catered for including morning tea, lunch & afternoon tea refreshments offered during the duration of course.
Course participants receive course folder which include literature used during venomous snake relocation course, pocket guides of snakes of South East Qld & Spiders of South East Qld published by Qld Museum.
Go Wild Reptiles holds venomous snake handling & relocation courses on the Sunshine Coast. We also travel anywhere within Qld and train at your facility.
Go Wild Reptiles and training also offer other courses which may assist your companies needs which include venomous and non venomous snake awareness, snake and insect awareness and first aid.
Course duration for venomous snake handling & relocation consist of 2 x 8 hours days involving written and practical assessments.
